In my brief search so far, I've found USC (http://den.usc.edu/) and
DePaul (http://www.cs.depaul.edu/programs/).

A couple of people emailed me with a nice list of schools. I was also
given a link to www.gradschools.com. There were more than 50 offering
MSCS via online classes.
