Re: DeVry University
Re: DeVry University -- Posted by Airborne_Ranger on 07-09-03 12:10
In 2001-2002 I did some adjunct teaching for Devry in Chicago.
While I was there:
A very fine person and instructor was told they'd be teaching
something in a week they had NO reading, training, exposure,
experience, etc. in. Bear in mind this was a CIS subject - not
something you pick up on the fly.
A senior in the DeVry CIS degree program e-mailed me and asked me how
to connect two computers so they could exchange data with each other
as part of a project for another class. This is 100 or at best 200
level stuff.
