Union Institute and University

Some interesting reading.

Union's time limits for doctorates is 3 to 7 years.
Their previous time limit was 2 to 10 years.
Why did they award a PhD to someone who was enrolled 15-20 years ago and
re-enrolled for nine months? I think his name was Douglas.
I thought they were cleaning up their act to save their asses. The Ohio
Board of Regents, The US Dept of Education, and the North Central Assoc.
have all been over them like stink on a skunk and they pull this stunt.
Hari Kari??

Probably a sweet mixture of stupidity and paying some debt to John
Bear. If Bear hadn't stepped in at Union our "Ducky" would still be
hunting for another third world toilet like MIGS to hype and buy a
degree from.
