New Forum Worse than Degreeinfo.com -- Posted by junkman999 on 09-18-04 22:06
Many have complained about Degreeinfo.com not being "opened minded" to
non-RA schools. The site has been accused of "censoring" people...
So "Degreeinformation DL" shows up (http://www.aimoo.com). How open
minded are they? Not at all!!
I registered for the site the other day and posted a short note that
dared question the site owner. I was bold enough (silly enough?) to
suggest that non-RA schools have some negative aspects. Well - I've
been blocked from the site and my comment has been removed.
Sounds like the new site is worse than Degreeinfo.com. The later
allows for open dialog to a point (namely when people start attacking
each other). The new site doesn't want to hear anything but "non-RA
is an ok way to go".....
Hugs and kisses - The junkman

I never saw what was posted but......
I suggest you question programs and not people. Many of the people on the
site are refugees from the degreeinfo inquisition and it has been made
clear that no, and that means no, personal attacks are allowed.
James is the first to point out negative aspects of unaccredited schools
so maybe it had something to do with style.
