Ever heard about plagiarism and academic
dishonesty or fraud?

Hey Joe,
Why do you call a "fraud" the honest man?
I have been using Dr. Fairman's service many times
and he always helped me out with my tough problems.
He can do student's assignments on ANY subject,
because he has several Ph.D. degrees.
His rates are reasonable and he always describe the problem
solution, so it is not cheating or plagiarism, but learning by
example.

In my opinion and that is the case with
the open university, solutions ought to
be found by working them out oneself
You are
encouraged to collaborate with others in studying,
but submitted work copied from or written jointly
with others is not acceptable, unless collaboration
is required in the particular assignment. Therefore
in future you will be asked to sign a statement to
confirm that all assessment work you have
submitted is your own.
Submitting work that has been done by someone
else and persistent borrowing of other people's
work without citation are obvious instances of
plagiarism and are regarded as cheating. Paying
for work from other sources and submitting it as
your own is also cheating. It is intellectually
dishonest to cheat and thus give one student an
unfair advantage over others. If a case of
plagiarism is proven, this is a serious offence and
the Open University disciplinary procedures will be
followed, as described under the Student
Regulations SA 1.6 and SD 7.2.
This text is not mine but quoted verbatim
form the OU's plagiarism.pdf file.
The wording is clear and methinks as long
as one has ones work done by someone
else and passes it on as the fruits of ones
own is fraud. If one has problems understanding
something the university offers plenty
of help, without paying extra.
I am not doubting this gentleman's capabilities
or his financial honesty.

>that all assessment work you have submitted is your own
Joe, you are a romanticist.
Who can prove that the submitted work has been done not by you?
Nobody.
Nobody will never know who really has done it.
Especially, if it is a distance education assignment.
Why do you play a kid? (or a fool) ?
You know that there is a demand on such a service.
Those students understand that it is not good, but they are forced to go to
this fact because of some force majeure circumstances.
It is not a crime and, furthermore, if the person who really did their assignments
unscrambled them the details of solution - it is absolutely not a "crime",
but a kind of learning by example. It is a well-known method of teaching.
Have you ever read "Problems with solutions" textbooks on math or physics?
It is quite the same. Try to understand it.

I totally disagree if one reasons like you do every
crime, fellony and fraud that can not be traced
would be morally ok.
And there is the fact that people do get found
out. Students are tested on exams. If all the sudden
the splendid results written by someone else
cannot be reproduced by a dumbfounded student
people will find out.
And people do get thrown out of university.
There is a demand for such a service just
as there is demand for prostitutes and contract
killers, because people are dishonest.
If you read properly the OU's text it is clear
they'll kick you out.
Force majeure my ass one can resit for an
exam.
I think you are posting because you are
Partner N1's sock puppet.
I am not a romanticist nor a kid nor a fool
but someone who is honest has earned two
degrees by hard work and have never had
to rely on fraud to succeed
