Hippocratic Oath

Are there any medical schools, teaching hospitals or medical
facilities that still take the Hippocratic Oath seriously.
IOW, are there any examples of facilities whose primary
consideration is proper diagnosis and treatment without looking
into your wallet first (i.e. checking your credit rating, past
medical history or whatever other sneak databases they are
using).
Maybe I should marry a Swede; then I could get good medical care.
