A question for you medical students.
A question for you medical students. -- Posted by Ron Darby on 07-20-04 09:09
When you took the Physiology course, did you use Dr. Guyton's Textbook of
Physiology? If so, does it still contain a section based on the
mathematical modeling of most control systems in the human body, with an
empathizes on the regulation of blood pressure? If yes, do you know the
current state of this "model" and how I might find the names of persons
using it for research purposes? I know that Dr. Guyton is long retired and
no longer working with it. I would really like to get my hands on a copy of
the complete program. Thanks.
