MC Squared Awarded Design and Management Contract From Internet Distance Learning Company

Edulink, Inc., now doing business as The Learning Priority, Inc., (traded on the OTCBB as MYIQ), awarded MC Squared Incorporated with a major design and technical management contract for their soon to be released internet distance learning system known as the Smart Schoolhouse(TM).

Christopher Gentile, CEO and President of MC Squared, see this contract as a major event in the history of MC Squared.

This contract will allow MC Squared to utilize all of its experience and talents to assist Edulink, Inc. with the development and launch of the Smart Schoolhouse(TM) service," said Mr. Gentile.

Edulink's Smart Schoolhouse(TM) service, will deliver to schools and homes via the Internet, a nationally recognized, standards based 3rd -- 12th grade curriculum with easy to use instructional programs and educational learning tools for teachers, students and parents.

Additionally, The Smart Schoolhouse(TM) will support a student assessment and a comprehensive school information management and communication system.

Edulink's Smart Schoolhouse(TM) proprietary and patented technology and tools are currently being developed by Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a Fortune 500 company, and the largest employee-owned research and engineering company in the nation.
