Violence Prevention

School Administrator - June 1, 2000

The National Association of School Psychologists has created a Violence Prevention Coordinating Center to serve school communities nationwide. It is funded by three federal agencies.

In partnership with the National Mental Health Association, the center will serve as an information clearinghouse on effective programs and practices, act as a broker to specialized consultation services and run conferences and distance-learning events on prevention and education strategies.
