Tengtu International Corp. ("Tengtu" or "the Company") (OTCBB:TNTU), a developer, marketer, distributor, and integrator of distance learning solutions and e-education software in China, will report its third quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2004, on May 13, 2004, after the close of market. The Company will also hold a conference call to discuss the third quarter results on Friday, May 14, 2004 at 9:30 a.m. EDT.
Participants should dial 1-877-667-7774 or 416-695-9753 at least 10 minutes prior to the conference time of 9:30 a.m. and quote the call confirmation number T498755C.
For those unable to attend the call, a replay will be available for playback after 12:00 p.m. at 1-888-509-0081 or 416-695-5275 until May 21, 2004.
