Majorium Inc. has developed a new innovative distance-learning technology that is designed to deliver corporate training for less than $100 per participant. Majorium calls the new online training service Integrated Multicast Learning and works closely with its clients to deliver a training tool that allows employers to design the training they want and need for their employees. There are six programs to choose from, including sales, sales management, sales service, customer service, leadership and management. Employers can choose the topics and determine the scheduling and frequency of training, and Majorium then will deliver electronically the self-directed training lessons to each employee.

"Speaking to the Big Dogs" is a new training and career development program that is now available on DVD. The program is hosted by Rick Gilbert, president of Frederick Gilbert Associates, and is designed to help managers open the door to inside information and better promote their careers by teaching them to deal effectively with top-level management. The training program features discussions with 17 senior-level executives who share their knowledge and expertise on how to make successful presentations and conduct effective meetings. In the 90-minute program, the executives offer pointers on how to prepare for meetings and cope effectively with the unexpected.
