The Fuqua School of Business
Black Enterprise
-
October 1, 2004
As an innovator in educational content delivery and a leader in the integration of global issues throughout its programs, Duke University's Fuqua School of Business has quickly become an established world leader among MBA and executive education programs.
Fuqua is consistently ranked as one of the premier educational institutions in the world, with executive MBA programs placing No. 4 in the most recent U.S.News & World Report survey. BusinessWeek ranked Duke's executive NBA programs No. 4 and Financial Times ranked Fuqua's executive NBA programs No. 3 worldwide.
In addition to the two-year residential daytime program, Fuqua offers three executive MBA programs--each tailored to different Life and career stages. The same world-class faculty teaches in all Fuqua's MBA programs, and each program leads to the same Duke NBA degree.
Without breaking stride in their careers, business leaders earn their MBAs on alternate weekends over 20 months. Located on the Durham campus, The Duke MBA--Weekend Executive program broadens and deepens the management perspective of executives with a preferred minimum of seven years experience.
The Duke MBA--Global Executive is a pioneering 19-month program designed for executives with an average of 14 years experience facing current or future global responsibilities. Classroom learning sessions at sites in North America, Europe, Asia and South America are followed by extended periods of distance learning using Duke's proprietary technology.
A 20-month internationally focused program for high-potential managers with three to nine years work experience, The Duke MBA-Cross Continent program combines traditional teaching residencies in North Carolina, Europe and Asia with Internet-enabled distance learning.
